The other day I got my first roll of black and white film (Ilford HP5) back from the lab. I’m quite pleased with some of the pictures and I’m scanning them at the moment. Since I went out with my Zorki yesterday it’s only fitting to post a picture taken with that camera. The picture was taken at the flea market Boxhagener Platz a while back and the guy was looking through a box of old pictures.

  2. He is clearly engrossed and unaware of you. I really like the finish and feel to this shot.

  3. I’m a sucker for looking through boxes of old pics & postcards. I remember one flea market in Berlin, it was freezing, my fingers were close to dropping off, my friends had abandoned me for the nearest warm cafe, but I had to go through the whole box!

  4. I like this photo and feel better knowing that I’m not the only one able to spend time looking old pictures of unknown people taken by unknown photographer.
