day 103: at home with the kitties

Already for years I’ve been looking for slipper socks. I’ve seen them at a friend’s place and I think she told me that she bought them somewhere abroad. I had never seen them around here until a few days ago in shape of a cat. They’re really comfy and warm, and now I don’t have to learn how to knit. I’m generally not bad at things like those, and as a kid I used to make things out of wool, but it’s so long ago that I don’t remember anything now. Maybe I come back to it if these new slipper socks break one day. I thought they also make a cool picture, because of their texture and the bright eyes and nose. They actually look a bit evil from that perspective. I obviously only see them rotated when I’m wearing them.

    • Me too! And I always used to hate wearing slippers, so wearing thicker socks seems the way to go πŸ™‚

    • I got them in H&M, but they were almost sold out already. They also had little dog shaped ones, but I’m more the cat type I think πŸ˜‰
